Our custom offerings are a concierge experience by design, and as such, we accept no more than 1 custom project per month. Custom Design Services are a specialty of ours – if you can dream it, we can build it. This is ideal for established businesses, ecommerce shops, and specialty brands with a distinctive vision.

You send a project proposal.
We have a consultation to determine project scope.
We provide an estimate and proposed project start date.
You accept and pay deposit.
We design your site.
You provide feedback and request changes.
We make the changes.
You provide your approval and pay your final balance.

Custom design services do not include copy writing, proofreading, or editing – everything is entered as received, so you and your team will need to review content carefully before providing it.

Our services also don’t include hosting or hosting support, but we’re happy to make recommendations for our favorite hosts.

We’re happy to provide ongoing maintenance and we can discuss plans that work for you and your company!

I hired Resa to help me configure the Genesis theme on my wordpress. As a complete newbie I had difficulty in configuring the Genesis Child theme for my website and I had reached a point where I could no longer do it myself due to lack of technical knowledge.
